Pair of Mahogany Bergère Armchairs with Cane Backs & Claw Feet

A matching pair of mahogany bergère armchairs with woven cane backs, carved crest details and claw-and-ball front feet.

Both chairs are solid and sturdy with no obvious damage to the cane panels. The seats will need recovering as the current fabric is worn and torn in places, as shown in the photos.

These would make a good restoration project or could be used as they are until reupholstered. Traditional design with plenty of character and a shape that works well in both period and modern interiors. Sold as a pair. £240 for both
