Victorian Walnut Nursing Chair

A beautiful Victorian nursing chair with a polished walnut show-wood frame, tall spoon-shaped buttoned back and elegant carved cabriole legs. It has been traditionally upholstered in a quality cream damask fabric with soft pink and green stripes, finished with matching buttons and decorative piping around the edges. The generously padded seat and high shaped back make it comfortable as well as very decorative. A striking period chair that would look fantastic in a bedroom, dressing room, hallway or traditional living room. In very good antique condition with only light signs of age and use.
