Vintage hand-carved wooden jewellery or trinket box with detailed floral and scrolling leaf decoration across the lid and around all four sides. The hinged lid opens to a divided interior with several compartments, making it ideal for jewellery, keepsakes or small collectables. The carving and construction are characteristic of traditional Indian, particularly Kashmiri-style, decorative woodwork.
