Vintage pair of traditional Indian jutti or mojari shoes, finely decorated with dense gold metallic-thread embroidery over leather uppers and finished with distinctive curled toes. The interiors are lined in red leather and the soles are hand-stitched leather, showing the traditional construction associated with North Indian and Punjabi footwear. They show age-related wear, rubbing and some fraying to the embroidery, but retain strong decorative appeal and display very well.
